Walnut. <br /> BACKGROUND: This demolition is with the consent of the owner. The owner of the property <br /> is Central Illinois Bank. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition be <br /> done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dane Bragg, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794: Dane and/or Dave will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $7250 from the Demolition Fund. <br />
