' �' ' AGREEMENT NO.: 2003-07569-00, Amendment No. 09 Sponsor: City of Decatur Acct.No.: B9493 ' University of Illinois AMENDMENT NO. 09 TO STANDARD RESEARCH AGREEMENT 2003-07569-00 between The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois, and the City of Decatur, hereinafter designated as the Sponsor. WHEREAS,the parties identified above have entered into a Standard Research Agreement No. 2003-07569-00 entitled: "Watershed Monitoring of the Lake Decatur Watershed" the original term of which Agreement commenced on May 1, 1995, and the term of which Agreement including all extensions thereof, if any,will terminate on January 15, 2006; and WHEREAS, said parties desire to amend such Agreement as follows: Extend such Agreement through August 31, 2008 and fund such Agreement beyond the date of termination indicated above in accordance with the work entitled"Watershed Monitoring of the Lake Decatur Watershed"(Exhibit A-9 attached and incorporated). The Sponsor agrees to provide for the expenses of the Agreement by paying to the University the additional sum of$93,764, as follows: Upon execution of Agreement $10,418 September 1, 2006 $10,418 December 1, 2006 $10,418 March 1, 2007 $10,418 June 1, 2007 $10,418 September 1, 2007 $10,418 December 1, 2007 $10,418 March 1, 2008 $10,418 June 1, 2008 $10,420 THEREFORE, said parties now mutually agree to amend this Standard Research Agreement No. 2003-07569-00 under the same terms and conditions as set forth in the original Agreement with subsequent amendments and addendums, effective as of June 20, 2006.
