SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST <br /> Subject to the provisions of Section 11 above, this Agreement shall be binding upon and <br /> inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and its respective successors and assigns. <br /> 17. NO JOINT VENTURE, AGENCY, OR PARTNERSHIP CREATED <br /> Neither anything in this Agreement nor any acts of the parties to this Agreement shall be <br /> construed by the parties or any third person to create the relationship of a partnership, agency, or <br /> joint venture between or among such parties. <br /> 18. DEFINITION OF TERMS <br /> Any terms which are not defined in this Agreement shall have the same meaning as they <br /> do in the Act, unless indicated to the contrary. <br /> 19. TERM OF THE AGREEMENT <br /> This Agreement shall expire upon the expiration of the Redevelopment Plan and the TIF <br /> District [adopted by the City] and the receipt of the tax increment. The Redevelopment Plan <br /> shall have the maximum term permitted by law at the time of its adoption or any extension <br /> permitted by law hereafter. If the Redevelopment Plan is scheduled to terminate prior to <br /> paytnent of all Eligible Project Costs, the City agrees to take all steps necessary to extend the <br /> term of the Redevelopment Plan for a time period sufficient to allow repayment of all Eligible <br />' Project Costs to the Developer and the term of this Agreement shall be extended for a <br /> corresponding period of time as allowed under the Act. <br /> 20. EXHIBITS <br /> All Exhibits attached hereto are declared to be a part of this Agreement and are incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> Page 15 of 29 <br />
