R2006-88 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE <br /> INTER-DEPARTMENTAL LOAN TO PAY FOR <br /> THE PIERCE DASH 75' FIRE TRUCK <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Decatur ordered a new Pierce Dash 75 HDL fire truck on <br /> August 5, 2005, in the amount of$583,400; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has taken delivery of said truck and the final cost is <br /> $583,845; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Fire Department has paid only $379,008 into the Equipment <br /> Replacement Fund leaving a balance of$204,837. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That upon delivery of the new Pierce Dash 75 HDL fire truck, that the <br /> full amount, $583,845, be paid out of the Equipment Replacement Fund. <br /> Section 2.
