Receive,review, and forward wage rate information submitted by the Contractor <br />', to Owner. <br />' 13. Upon completion of the project, revise the construction contract drawings to <br /> conform to the construction records. Submit 3 mil wash-off mylar <br /> reproducibles, and electronic files for the drawings in both AutoCAD 2004 and <br /> Adobe Acrobat PDF formats. <br /> 14. Act on claims of Owner and the Contractor relating to the acceptability of the <br /> work or the interpretation of the requirements of the construction contract <br /> documents. <br /> 15. Upon certified substantial completion, inspect the construction work and <br /> prepare a punch-list of those items to be completed or corrected before final <br /> completion of the project. Submit results of the inspection to Owner and the <br /> Contractor. <br /> 16. Upon completion or correction of the items of work on the punch-list, conduct a <br /> final inspection to determine if the work is completed.
