RESOLUTION NO. R 2015-120 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO <br /> SIGN AGREEMENT WITH <br /> BLUECROSS BLUESHIELD OF ILLINOIS FOR <br /> ADMINISTRATION OF CITY'S GROUP HEALTH BENEFIT PLANS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the ASO Benefit Program and Stop Loss coverage presented <br /> herewith to the City Council between the City of Decatur, Illinois and BlueCross <br /> BlueShield of Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, received, placed on file and <br /> approved. <br /> Section 2.
