ORDINANCE NO. 2015-63 <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING HANDICAPPED PARKING SPACE <br /> -IN FRONT OF 1087 WEST KING STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs or markings are provided giving notice thereof, parking <br /> be, and it is hereby, prohibited in front of 1087 West King Street at all times and the same is hereby <br /> restricted to only those vehicles bearing special registration plates issued for operation of vehicles by <br /> or for the physically handicapped, or those vehicles displaying a handicapped decal. <br /> Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this <br /> Ordinance shall, upon conviction, be fined, not to exceed, Two Hundred Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for <br /> each offense. <br /> Section 3.
