ORDINANCE NO. 2015-64 <br /> ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STOP INTERSECTION <br /> -NORTH WARREN STREET AND EAST HING STREET - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That when appropriate signs are erected giving notice thereof, the driver of a vehicle <br /> on East King Street approaching North Warren Street from the east and west shall stop and yield the <br /> right-of-way to vehicles on North Warren Street which have entered the intersection of said street or <br /> which are approaching so closely thereto as to constitute an immediate hazard, but said driver having <br /> so stopped and yielded the right-of-way may proceed at such time as a safe interval occurs. <br /> Section 2.
