Marley, P.E., Public Works Director <br /> SUBJECT: Ordinance Authorizing the Installation of stop signs at the intersection of North Warren Street and East King <br /> Street facing East King Street <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends the approval of the attached Ordinance authorizing the installation of <br /> stop signs at the intersection of North Warren Street and East King Street facing East King Street. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> On October 22, 2015 the Traffic & Parking Commission approved a request from City staff recommending that stop signs be <br /> installed at the intersection of North Warren Street and East King Street with the stop sign facing East King Street. <br /> The Traffic and Parking Commission's recommendation is attached with the ordinance for Council's review. <br /> Schedule: Installation in normally completed within 10 days of Council authorization. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTIONS: No objections anticipated. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: <br /> Traffic and Parking Commission <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Richard Marley, Public Works Director, and Matt Newell, City Engineer.
