That upon the conditions described herein, a conditional use permit be, and it is <br /> hereby, granted to the Decatur Housing Authority and only to the Decatur Housing Authority to <br /> allow for the construction and operation of a Roof Top Cell Tower, in the R-6 Multiple Family <br /> Dwelling District upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the site plan hereto attached, <br /> marked Exhibit A and hereby made a part hereof: <br /> 1. The facility/tower shall be in compliance with any other applicable local, state, or federal I <br /> regulations at all times; <br /> 2. Towers and antennas shall be designed to blend into the surrounding environment through <br /> the use of color and camouflaging architectural treatment, except in instances where the <br /> color is dictated by federal or state authorities such as the Federal Aviation Administration; <br /> 3. The proposed tower shall meet the required fall zone; and <br /> 4. That the proposed operation be in com.pliance with applicable provisions of the City's <br /> adopted Building Codes, including obtaining a building permit to perform any proposed or <br /> required improvements to the existing structure. <br /> Section 3.
