INFORMATION/REPORTS <br /> Fumish TSI the following infortnation/reports all of which TSI may rely upon without <br /> independent ver�cation in performing the Services. <br /> 1. Plan view maps of the sewers/pipelines to be surveyed. Plan view maps shall <br /> provide sufficient detail to accurately identify locations, size, and depth where <br /> available. (Typical scale: 1"=20'to 100') <br /> B. REPRES�NTATIVE <br /> Designate a representative for the project who shall have the opportunity to transmit <br /> instructions, receive infamation, irtterpret and define ClienYs policies and make decisions <br /> with respect to the Services. <br /> C. DECISIONS <br /> Provide all criteria and full information as to Client requirements for#he Project, obtain <br /> (with TSPs assistance, if applicable) necessary approvals and permits, attend Project- <br /> related meetings, provide interim reviews on an agreed-upon schedule, make decisions <br /> on Project altematives, and generally participate in the Project to the extent necessary to <br /> allow TSI to pertorm the Services. <br /> PART III <br /> COMPENSATfbN,BILLING AND PAYMENT <br /> Client shall pay TSI for the Services in accordance with the following: <br /> Compensation for the Services will be as stated below. TSI will bill the Client no less - <br /> frequently than monthty,with net payment due in 30 days. <br /> The bill will consist o#the amount due based on the actual footage televised during the <br /> billing period. <br /> FEE SCHEDULE I <br /> A.
