R2006-59 � <br /> zo� -�( <br /> RESOLUTION ALLOCATING FUNDS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS <br /> - OLDE TOWNE TIF ELEVATOR PROGRAM - <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the Olde Towne TIF Elevator Program, established for the purpose of <br /> providing loan assistance for the rehabilitation of historic downtown buildings for the <br /> development of residential units be, and it is hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2.
