Owner of the ro e must submit the followin to the Economic and Urban <br /> P P rtY g <br /> Development Department(EUD): <br /> a. Proof of Ownership i.e. updated title policy and/or copy recarded deed. <br /> b. Building address where elevator will be installed. <br /> c. Blueprints, drawings, specifications pertaining to the installation of the <br /> handicap accessible elevator. <br /> d. Complete narrative explaining the project including number of floors and <br /> residential units the elevator will serve. <br /> e. Detailed itemized construction estimate. <br /> f. Estimated total construction value per residential unit. <br /> g. Proposed work schedule(start to completion). <br /> h. Verification of applicant's available funds <br /> i. Homeowner's Insurance binder <br /> j. Any conflict of interest in writing. <br /> 2. After project is approved by the TIF Administrator,a development agreement will <br /> be drafted. <br /> 3. After the agreement is signed by a11 parties and a Notice to Proceed is issued, <br /> work may begin on the project. <br /> 4. Construction dra.ws may be permitted during construction upon requisitions to <br /> EUD accompa,nied by appropriately supporting documentation including,as <br /> applicable,verified bills or sta.tements of suppliers, contractors,or professionals, <br /> lien waivers and contractor�davits. <br /> 5.
