U.S.A.A., L.P./Todd Eilts named as <br /> the owners in the case. Utilities were ternunated and meters removed in the summer of 2002 and <br /> the house is standing open. Doors have been kicked in and windows braken out with shards left in <br /> the openings. House is in a severe state of deterioration all around and the subject of numerous <br /> neighborhood complaints of children and others going in and out. <br /> 1053 N. Church-NSI#200401616. Case started 5-25-04. Bank of Warrensburg now named as the <br /> owner in the case. Unable to resolve with a regular housing case because of multiple transfers of <br /> property. Utilities were terminated and the meters removed in 2004. This house is in a severe state <br /> of deterioration inside and out. Subject of numerous neighborhood complaints of alleged criminal <br /> and�ang activity occurring at night. House is now partially boarded. <br /> 875 N. College-NSI#200503088. House is in a severe state of deterioration all around, especially the interior. <br />' Interior strewn with garbage and animal waste throughout.
