227 W. Packard-NSI#200600642. Case started 2-22-06. Frank and Elizabeth Yakush(deceased) <br /> named as the owners in the case. The house is standing open and abandoned. The utilities have <br /> been terminated and the meters turned. Interior has been heavily vandalized and is strewn with <br /> garbage, debris and animal waste. The house is in a severe state of deterioration and the subject of <br /> numerous neighborhood compla.ints. <br /> 1279 E. Vanderhoof-NSI#200400672. Case started 3-4-04. Fred Krause named as the owner in <br /> the case, but has reportedly left the a.rea and nat able to be located as of yet. Utilities terminated <br /> in 2004 and the meters removed. In a severe state of deterioration all around and the owner <br /> reportedly dumped cement mix down the drains to deter anyone from attempting to rehabilitate <br /> the hause. Windows have been broken out and doors kicked in and damaged. Police reports of <br /> high school students entering the house to use drugs and alcohol. Unable to resolve with a regular <br /> housing case. <br /> 1383 N. Walnut Grove-NSI#200503433. Case started 11-10-05. JeffLloyd named as the owner <br /> in the case. The house was standing open and abandoned, but recently has been boarded. Severe <br /> state of deterioration a11 around. Utilities were terminated in 2004 and the meters removed. <br /> Exterior wa11s and roof are bowed and in danger of collapse. No attempt by out of state owner to <br /> make any repairs. Subject of neighborhood complaints. <br />
