That the Agreement authorizing the engineering services to design West Main <br /> Street Improvements from Church Street to Oakland Avenue, presented to the Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Blank, Wesselink, Cook & Associates, Inc., be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
