R2006-25 <br /> RESOLUTION RESCINDING BID AND AWARDING PURCHASE ORDER <br /> ANDERSON BACKHOE <br /> CITY PROJECT 0506-26D <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the purchase order with Hutchins Excavating for demolition of property <br /> at 1405 N. Monroe for the bid price of $5850, as awarded and authorized by Resolution <br /> R2005-171 be, and the same is hereby, rescinded for cause. <br /> Section 2. That the bid received for demolition of property at 1405 N. Monroe City <br /> Project 0506-26D presented herewith be received and placed on file. <br /> Section 3. That the bid of Anderson Backhoe be accepted and a purchase order be <br /> awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 4.
