R2006-24 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENTS <br /> DECATUR HOMEBUYER/ <br /> - AMERICAN DREAM DOWNPAYMENT INITIATIVE (ADDI) PROGRAM - <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the request presented to the Council herewith to enter into Agreements <br /> with Citizens Equity First Credit Union (CEFCU), Hickory Point Bank, Main Street Bank, <br /> National City Bank, Regions Bank, and Soy Capital Bank and Trust Company, to implement the <br /> Decatur Homebuyer / American Dream Downpayment Initiative Program be, and the same is <br /> hereby, approved. <br /> Section 2.
