Green. <br /> BACKGROUND: This is a court ordered demolition. Gwendolyn Cox, Albert Currie and Lee <br /> Ella Cox are the owners of the property. <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: None <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Neighborhood Services requested the demolition be <br /> done. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Dane Bragg, Assistant City Manager, 424-2727. Dave Griffiths, <br /> Neighborhood Inspections Administrator, 424-2794. Dave Griffiths will be at the council <br /> meeting to answer any questions the council may have about this purchase. <br /> BUDGET: $8474 from the Demolition Fund. <br />
