' . � » <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: Illinois Department of Transportation I <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Matt Newell, City Engineer, at 424-2747 II <br /> The City Engineer, Matt Newell, will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any II <br /> questions of the Council on this item. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATION: <br /> The proposed resolution authorizes the City to expend up to $400,000.00 from the Motor Fuel T� <br /> Fund to reimburse the General Fund for general traffic signal maintenance work for the 2006 <br /> calendar year. <br /> Funding for this transfer is budgeted in the MFT Fund for the current Fiscal Year and will be <br /> proposed in the upcoming Fiscal Year 2007 budget for the remainder of the calendar year. <br /> General Fund expenditures for traffic signal maintenance work have been included in the Traffic and <br /> Parking Division budget for the remainder of the current fiscal year(through April 30, 2006), and <br /> will also be included in the fiscal year 2006-07 General Fund budget when finalized this April.
