PAYMENT F�R CHARGES. Charges for water furnis�hed fram the City water I system and other charges relating to�vater service sha11 be gayable at the ofl'ice of the City Treasurer, and shall not he considered paid until payment is actually received in said office. The failure to receive a bill fQr charges for any particular period Qr periods shall not affeet liability tQ pay such charges when due or excuse the accrual of penalty far delinquent ar nQn-payment. 18. DELINQUENT PAYMENTS. Charges for�vater furnished through quarterly services, and ather charges relating ta such services, shall he due and payable on or hefore the 21st.day following the day on which the same are l�illed. Gharges for water furnished through manthly service, and ather char�es relating to such service, shall be due and payable on or hefore the 14th day following the day on which the same are billed.
