In addition thereto any person, firm or <br /> corporation convicted of a vi�lation of this section, or found to lae in violation caf any of the other '�� <br /> pra�visiQns of tYus Chapter, or any regulation dulX estalalished hereunder, may, by such violation, � <br /> be deemed to have forfeited the privilege or right, as the case may he, of being furnished water <br /> from the vvater system Qf the City, and any and all�vater service of such person may be shut aff or <br /> disconnected from said water system.
