Ordinance fully abating the 2004B General Obligation Refunding Bonds with <br /> water revenue. <br /> 5. Ordinance directing the County Clerk to further abate the 2004A General <br /> Obligation Bonds, to produce a final tax rate of$1.27. <br /> .3 <br />
