Automobile service station. <br /> 7. Automobile and equipment dealers, including automobile and truck rental. <br /> 8. Bar or cocktail lounge,when located not less than 100 feet from a side lot line of <br /> any property within a residential district. <br /> 9. Building materials sales. Outdoor storage is permitted only when enclosed <br /> within a site-break fenced area. <br /> 10. Business service establishments, on-site and off-site <br /> 11. Check cashing services. <br /> 12. Clubs: fraternal,membership organization,and private. ' <br /> 13. Contractors and builders. Outdoor storage is permitted only if fully within an li <br /> enclosed site-break fenced area. Dancing or music academy <br /> 17. Day care center. A fenced outdoor play area shall be provided with a minimum <br /> area of 75 square feet per child or 800 square feet,whichever is greater. <br /> 18. Drive-through or drive-up facilities attached to an allowed use; however, all <br /> amplified equipment shall be located at least 25 feet from any side or rear lot line in <br /> a residential district. <br /> 19.
