SINGLE ROOM OCCUPANCY(SRO): A residential unit consisting of one room, <br /> occupied by one person, with lockable exterior doors that are accessible from outside <br /> the unit. Kitchen and bathroom facilities may or may not be communal. <br /> SITE BREAK: A physical barrier designed to screen buildings or uses from adjacent <br /> properties, such as a fence or landscaping. <br /> SKETCH PLAN: An informal visual depiction of a proposed development preparatory <br /> to the formal application for approval. <br /> SOCIAL SERVICES: Establishments and agencies that provide assistance, counseling, <br /> and rehabilitation to individuals and families, including counseling services, training <br /> and rehabilitation services, self-help organizations, and establishments that provide <br /> emergency or temporary living facilities. <br /> SPECIFIED ANATOMICAL AREAS: Less than completely and opaquely covered <br /> human genitals,pubic regions,buttocks or female breasts below a point immediately <br /> above the top of the areola; or, human male genitals in a discernibly turgid state even <br /> if completely and opaquely covered. <br /> SPECTRUM: Relating to any transmissions or reception of electromagnetic waves. <br /> STEALTH FACILITY: Any communications facility which is designed to blend into <br /> the surrounding environment. Examples of these facilities include architecturally <br /> screened roof-mounted antennas,building mounted antennas painted to match the <br /> existing structure, antennas painted to match to existing structure, antennas integrated <br /> into architectural elements, and antenna structures designed to resemble light poles. <br /> (See also Alternative Tower Structure). <br /> � I �)IZr�Cil�.
