� , ! <br /> ,, • , � . <br /> �- .��,/�-� <br /> �. <br /> � <br /> �����c� ���a �'� <br /> c <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-102 <br /> AN ORDINANCE VACATING EASEMENT <br /> - 821 - 1011 CEDAR HILL DRIVE - <br /> WHEREAS, a request has been received from John Sanner, Diane Sanner and Dane <br /> Bragg, Assistant City Manager for the City of Decatur requesting vacation by the City Council of <br /> an easement, said easement being more particularly described as follows: <br /> The west ten (10) feet of Lots Twenty-Seven (27) and Twenty-Eight (28) of <br /> Country Club Estates, as per Plat recorded in Book 1832, Page 127, and the west <br /> ten (10) feet of Lots One (1) through Nine (9) of Country Club Estates Second <br /> Addition as recorded in Book 1575 Page 119 of the records in the Recorder's <br /> Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said easement is no longer useful to the public or to the City; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the public interest will be subserved by vacating said easement, and the <br /> public will be relieved from any further burden or responsibility for maintaining said easement. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the above described easement be, and the same is hereby, vacated as an <br /> easement inasmuch as the same is no longer required for public use and the public interest will <br /> be subserved by such vacation, said easement being shown on the plat thereof hereto attached <br /> and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> PRESENTED, PASSED, APPROVED AND RECORDED this 21 st day of November, <br /> 2005. ._..'� `, <br /> �. r/��=���"� <br /> PAUL OSBORNE,MAYOR <br /> AT'TEST: <br /> � <br /> i � <br /> l.c.c-�. ��� <br /> CITY CLERK <br />
