ADDITIONS AND <br /> CHAPTER 52 <br /> ALCOHOLIC LIOUOR <br /> 4. LICENSE CLASSIFICATIONS. <br /> Class E, under which the licensee may only be the State or a II <br /> department, agency, or instrumentality thereof, or a unit of local government, and ' <br /> alcoholic liquor may be sold only for consumption on the licensed premises, or on ,, <br /> other premises owned by a licensed unit of local government if at a specific, I <br /> non-continuous event such as a wedding reception, private party or charity <br /> benefit, or a sport/athletic tournament not to exceed a three day consecutive ', <br /> period; or to a licensed food service company contracted for a period of five years <br /> or more with an institution of hig,her learning accredited throu the Higher � <br /> Learning Comrnission of NCA(a commission of the North Central Association of <br /> Colleges and Schools) for use at said accredited institution and onl,y for purposes , <br /> related to theatre and cultural events of the accredited institution of hig� <br /> learnin�: and for wherever or however said licensed or other premises are situated ' <br /> or however classified for zoning purposes within the City. <br /> 7. LICENSE FEE. <br /> For all classes of license, a late fee of$10.00 per day shall <br /> be charged for all days after June�8 lst of any year for which an application for <br /> renewal is incomplete. <br />
