Mill r,AICP, Senior Planner� <br /> Greg Crowe, Economic Development Coordinatq�j <br /> SUBJECT: Utility easement vacation—Mound Center I <br /> SUMMARY RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the vacation request. �I <br /> The City Plan Commission voted 9-0 to recommend approval of this petition at the October 6, 2005 �I <br /> hearing; the minutes of the meeting are attached. <br /> BACKGROUND: As part of the Mound Center subdivision, the sanitary sewer and watermain were <br /> relocated to facilitate development on the site. The utility easements for the previous location of the <br /> sanitary sewer and watermain need to be vacated. <br /> The sanitary sewer and watermain for the site have akeady been replaced and new easements have <br /> been dedicated. <br /> INPUT FROM OTHER SOURCES: None <br /> POTENTIAL OBJECTION: There were no objectors to the petition at the Plan Commission <br /> meeting. <br /> STAFF REFERENCE: Any additional questions may be forwarded to Greg Crowe at 424-2725 or at <br /> cc� rowe�a,decaturnet.org. <br /> BUDGET/TIME IMPLICATIONS: None <br />
