r � <br /> Mr. Cochran stated that a mixed-use development including single, duplex, fourplex and multi- <br /> family units will be constructed but the order of construction has yet to be determined. <br /> Mr. John asked if there were any concerns or issues with street parking on Martin Luther King Jr. <br /> Drive. <br /> Mr. Cochran replied that in Phase II, the mountable curbs will be removed with a two foot asphalt <br /> strip which will be patterned in a different color and the width of the parking lanes will be <br /> increased from seven (7)feet to eight(8)feet. No more additional on-street parking on Martin <br /> Luther King Jr. Drive is planned for Phase II. <br /> Ms. Stewart asked how many units will be for home ownership. <br /> Mr. Cochran stated that there will be 27 owner occupied units that will house single family <br /> residences. <br /> There were no objectors present. <br /> It was moved and seconded (John/Nordholm) to forward Cal. No. OS-51 to the City Council with <br /> the recommendation for approval as submitted by the petitioner. Motion carried with Mr. Tom <br /> Smith abstaining from the vote. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Nordholm/Stewart) to forward Cal. No. OS-52 to the City Council <br /> with the recommendation for approval as submitted by the petitioner. Motion carried with Mr. <br /> Tom Smith abstaining from the vote. <br /> It was moved and seconded (Nordholm/Stewart) to forward Cal. No. OS-53 to the City Council <br /> with the recommendation for approval as submitted by the petitioner.
