s '�, ORDINANCE NO. 2005-93 AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY - WABASH CROSSING SECOND ADDITION - WHEREAS, on the 6th day of October, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of East Lake/Decatur LLC to rezone premises described as: A part of Longview Place and Lots 1, 2, 3, 28, 29, 30 and a part of Lots 4 and 27 in Block 1 of Durfee Warren Co.'s Second Addition to the City of Decatur as per Plat recorded in Book 50, Page 371 of the records in the Recorder's Of�ce, Macon County, Illinois. Said part of Longview Place and said Lots in Block 1 of Durfee Warren Co.'s Second Addition more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Longview Place, said point also being the intersection of the south right of way (R.O.W.) line of East Condit Street with the west R.O.W. line of the Illinois Central Railroad (ICRR); thence South 03 degrees 19 minutes 39 seconds West (Assumed Bearing) along the said west R.O.W. line of the ICRR, 557.10 feet; thence continuing South 20 degrees 33 minutes 40 seconds West on the said west R.O.W. line of the ICRR, 30.22 feet; thence continuing South 21 degrees 49 minutes 56 seconds West on the said west R.O.W. line of the ICRR, 210.99 feet to an intersection with the south R.O.W. line of East Marietta Street; thence North 86 degrees 37 minutes 41 seconds West along the said south R.O.W. line of East Marietta Street, 1102.74 feet to an intersection with the east R.O.W. line of North Martin Luther King Jr. Drive (MLK); thence South 04 degrees 25 minutes 30 seconds West along the said east R.O.W. line of MLK, 118.51 feet; thence North 86 degrees 31 minutes 14 seconds West, 171.96 feet; thence on a curve to the left having a radius of 874.84 feet, an arc distance of 62.79 feet, with a chord having a bearing of North 75 degrees 42 minutes O1 seconds West and a chord distance of 62.78 feet; thence North 04 degrees 30 minutes 26 seconds East, 62.53 feet; thence on a curve to the right having a radius of 936.84 feet, an arc distance of 19.46 feet having a chord with a bearing of South 77 degrees 40 minutes 35 seconds East and a chord distance of 19.46 feet;
