� • <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-92 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 56 - <br /> -REFUSE REMOVAL - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 56 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, amended and modified at Section 2, so that said Section 2 as amended, shall <br /> provide as follows: <br /> 2. DEFINITIONS. <br /> Basic removal service: Twice weekly removal other than <br /> landscape waste, or, at the option of a single-family household <br /> customer, once weekly removal, each with one weekly removal of <br /> landscape waste and with one annual large item pick-up. Weekly <br /> removal of landscape waste shall be provided upon customer request <br /> during the period January 1 through March 31 of each year. Each <br /> request for weekly landscape waste removal shall be made to the <br /> hauler at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up. <br />
