Section 20. Change in Law. If there is a change in the Code or the regulations <br /> promulgated thereunder or in a final decree, judgment or order of any court or administrative <br /> body (whether state or Federal) (other than an Event of Taxability) which takes effect after the <br /> effective date of this Ordinance and which changes the effective yield on the Note to the Bank, <br /> including, but not limited to, changes in federal income tax rates, the interest rate on the Note <br /> shall increase accordingly to compensate for such change in the effective yield. The effective <br /> interest rate per annum on the Note, however, shall never be more than the lesser of the maximum <br /> rate set forth in this Ordinance or allowed by applicable law. <br /> Section 21. Publication of Ordinance. A full, true and complete copy of this Ordinance <br /> shall be published within ten days after passage in pamphlet form by authority of the Council. <br /> -xxx- <br />
