r-. � � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-87 ��� <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 41 - <br /> - MISCELLANEOUS STREET REGULATIONS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 2 of Chapter 41 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended by adding a third paragraph thereto, so that <br /> said Section 2 as so modified and amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 2. FIRES ON PAVEMENTS. It shall be unlawful for any person to burn <br /> weeds, leaves or rubbish or material of any kind upon any bitulithic pavement, <br /> asphalt pavement of creosote block pavement in the City. <br /> Section 2.
