� -y <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-84 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -THE NORTH 182 FEET OF LOT 16 OF GREENWICH GARDENS - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of September, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Matthew L. Jackson to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> The North 182 feet of Lot Sixteen(16) of Greenwich Gardens as per Plat recorded <br /> in Book 802 Page 72 of the records in the Recorder's Oi�ce of Macon County, <br /> Illinois, (a portion of 2120 East PythianAvenue, Decatur, Illinois), <br /> from R-2 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial Distri�tand, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> � Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-2 Single <br /> Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District <br />
