'r ' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-83 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - LOT FIFTEEN OF GREENWICH GARDENS - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 1 st day of September, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Matthew L. Jackson to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> Lot Fifteen (15) of Greenwich Gardens as per Plat recorded in Book 802 Page 72 <br /> of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, (a portion of <br /> 2120 East Pythian Avenue, Decatur, Illinois), <br /> from R-2 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial Distri�tand, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur Cit Plan Commission be and the I <br /> Y � <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
