. r . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-80 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CFIAPTER 67.2 - <br /> -RESIDENTIAL BUILDING CODE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 67.2 of the City Code of the City of Decatur be, and the same is <br /> hereby, amended and modified at Section 8 Subsection Appendix Adoptions thereof, so that said <br /> Section 8 Subsection Appendix Adoptions as amended, shall provide as follows: <br /> 8. APPENDIX ADOPTIONS. Appendix G, Swimming Pools Spas and <br /> Hot Tubs - adopt in entirety and adding "A wall of a swiinming pool shall not be <br /> located less than six(6) feet from any rear or side property line". <br /> Section 2.
