Section 14. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein to the contrary, the City <br /> acknowledges that the Underwriter may or may not immediately sell the Bonds to the public upon <br /> purchasing such Bonds from the City. In such event, the Underwriter may pool one or more <br /> series of such Bonds and re-sell such Bonds to other investors at a later date. <br /> Section 1 S. The provisions of this Ordinance are hereby declared to be separable and if <br /> any section, phrase or provision hereof shall for any reason be declared to be invalid, such <br /> declaration sha.11 not affect the validity of the remainder of the sections, phrases and provisions of <br /> this Ordinance. <br /> Section 16.
