ORDINANCE NO. 2005-77 <br /> ORDINANCE GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> - 308(aka 300)WEST MAIN STREET - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of August, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Matthew E. Jackson for a conditional <br /> use permit under the provisions of Section XXII.A.3 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow for a <br /> mixed residential and office use in the structure on property iocated in the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot One (1) of Block 12 (except the west 42 feet) of the Resurvey of the south <br /> half of Block 12 of Western Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 149,Page 187 <br /> of the records in the Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that such conditional use <br /> permit be approved. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation and report of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same are hereby,received,placed on file and granted. <br /> Section 2. That a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Matthew E. <br /> Jackson, and only to Matthew E. Jackson, to allow for a mixed residential and office use upon <br /> the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached mazked Exhibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br />
