, � , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-75 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1102 RAVINA PARK ROAD- <br /> WHEREAS, on the 4th day of August, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Jack L. Tallman to rezone premises <br /> legally described as: <br /> A tract of land in the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Secrion 4, <br /> Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third Principal Meridian, Macon <br /> County, Illinois, said tract more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a <br /> point 267.86 feet south and 320.05 feet west of the northeast corner of the <br /> Southeast Quarter of Section 4, Township 16 North, Range 2 East of the Third <br /> PM; thence south 00 degrees 04 minutes 51 seconds west (assumed bearing) <br /> 690.44 feet; thence north 88 degrees 18 minutes 09 seconds east, 101.58 feet; <br /> thence south 00 degrees 02 minutes 00 seconds west, 343.92 feet to a point on the <br /> north right-of-way line of Ravina Park Road; thence south 87 degrees 28 minutes <br /> 15 seconds west, 101.92 feet, along said north right-of-way line; thence north 85 <br /> degrees OS minutes 32 seconds west, 115.73 feet along said north right-of-way <br /> line; thence north 00 degrees 32 minutes 16 seconds west, 307.56 feet; thence <br /> south 88 degrees 13 minutes 55 seconds west, 119.73 feet; thence north 00 <br /> degrees 06 minutes 57 seconds east, 563.96 feet; thence north 89 degrees 02 <br /> minutes 51 seconds east, 50.02 feet; thence north 00 degrees 31 minutes 29 <br /> seconds east, 149.94 feet; thence north 87 degrees 44 minutes 25 seconds east, <br /> 186.95 feet to the point of beginning; <br /> from R-3 Single Family Residence District to B-2 Commercial District; and, <br />
