ORDINANCE NO. 2005-72 IN ORD ANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNTI'DEVELOPMENT - 646 WEST PERSHING ROAD - WHEREAS, on the 4th day of August, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Dr. Sushant Sinha to modify and amend the O-1 Planned Unit Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 95-03, as subsequently amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and described as follows: Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3) of E.K. Mahnke Addition as per plat recorded in Book 300, Page 248 of the Records in the Recorder's Office, Macon County,Illinois; and, WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend that the modification of said O-1 Planned Unit Development as requested be authorized. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR,ILLINOIS: Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, d the same is hereby,received,placed on file and approved. Section 2. That the aforesaid O-1 Planned Unit Development be, and the same is hereby, er modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to evelop the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached, marked xhibit A and hereby made a part hereof.
