ORDINANCE NO. 2005-56 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> -CHAPTER 63 -MOBILE HOME PARKS - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Section 11 of Chapter 63 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, <br /> be, and the same is hereby, modified and amended so that as so modified and amended said <br /> Section 11 shall provide as follows: <br /> 11. REVOCATION OR SUSPEN5ION OF LICENSE. The City Manager <br /> ma.y suspend or revoke a mobile home park license for failure to comply with the <br /> rules and regulations established herein or published or promulgated pursuant to <br /> the authority granted herein or any other applicable codes or ordinances of the City <br /> of Decatur. Such suspension or revocation may take place only after the licensee <br /> has been given written notice warning of possible suspension or revocation and a <br /> hearing, if requested by the licensee, before the City Manager, or his designee. <br /> i Such request for a hearing must be made within five days of receipt of such written <br />� notice. <br /> Section 2.
