ORDINANCE NO. 2005-55 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 24 - <br /> - NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENTS COMMISSION - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, by adding a new Chapter 24, titled Neighborhood Improvements <br /> Commission thereto. Said Chapter 24 shall provide as set out on Exhibit A attached hereto and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 2.
