. �- <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-53 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT <br /> - 3910 WEST MAIN STREET - <br /> - VICTORIAN WOODS SENIOR LIVING CENTER - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of June, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Tyson and Billy Architects, P.C. to modify <br /> and amend the B-2 Planned Unit Development previously approved by Ordinance No. 2002-34, <br /> and subsequently heretofore amended, on premises situated in the City of Decatur, Illinois, and <br /> described as follows: <br /> Lots Thirteen (13) and Fourteen(14) of Cardwell Crossing, as per Plat recorded in <br /> Book 1832, Page 863 of the records in the Recorder's Of�ce of Macon County, <br /> Illinois; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission did report its findings and did recommend <br /> that the modification of said B-2 Planned Unit Development as requested be authorized. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the report and recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, <br /> and the same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That the aforesaid B-2 Planned Unit Development be, and the same is hereby, <br /> modified and amended, and petitioner be, and it is hereby, authorized and permitted to develop <br /> the premises described above in accordance with the plans hereto attached, marked E�chibit A and <br /> hereby made a part hereof. <br />
