. ` . <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-45 II <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> - 1000 BLOCK OF NORTH MAIN STREET- <br /> WHEREAS, on the Sth day of May, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Soy City Electric Supply to rezone <br /> premises described as: <br /> Lots Six (6), Seven(7), Eight(8),Nine(9), and Ten(10) of Block One(1) of John <br /> Williams Addition, as per Plat recorded in Book 2, Page 247 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District to B-2 Commercial District, and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received,placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That upon compliance with the conditions set forth below said above descnbed <br /> premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from B-1 Neighborhood Shopping District to B-2 <br /> Commercial District:: <br /> A. That the rezoned outside storage area must be screened by a six foot <br /> (6') high sight-break fence, a six foot high hedge or similar landscape material or <br /> an appropriate combination of both. <br />
