. � <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-38 <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE <br /> - CHAPTER 67 - <br /> -BUILDING CODE - <br /> BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, <br /> ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That Chapter 67 of the City Code of the City of Decatur, Illinois, be, and the <br /> same is hereby, amended and modified at Section 9 (i), so that said Section 9 (i) as amended, <br /> shall provide as follows: <br /> 9. FEE. (i) For pernuts to erect or install swimming pools, the <br /> amount shall be as follows: <br /> Inground pool including electrical and plumbing required <br /> but not including any deck associated with pool: $70 <br /> Aboveground pool with electrical but not including <br /> associated decks: $50 <br /> Section 2.
