Section 17. HOURS. No person shall sell, deliver or consume alcoholic <br /> liquor, and no licensee shall permit the same, on or in the premises licensed <br /> hereunder with a Class A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I, J or K license between 2:00 A.M. <br /> and 6:00 A.M. on Mondays through Saturdays or between 2:00 A.M. and 10:00 <br /> A.M. on Sundays except that alcoholic liquor may be sold or consumed unti13:00 <br /> A.M. on January 1, each year. No person shall sell, deliver or consume alcoholic <br /> liquor, and no licensee shall permit the same, on or in any premises licensed <br /> hereunder with a Class H license before 10:00 A.M. or after 11:00 P.M. on any <br /> day. <br /> Section 3.
