ORDINANCE NO. 2005-28 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -NORTH 34TH AND EAST DIVISION STREETS - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 7th day of April, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Archer Daniels Midland Company to <br /> rezone premises described as: <br /> Lots 3 and 4 of Camp Emrich's 2nd Addition of Outlots to the City of Decatur, <br /> Illinois, as per Plat recorded in Book 335, Page 621 of the Records in the <br /> Recorder's Office of Macon County, Illinois, <br /> from R-3 Single Fa.mily Residence District and M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial District <br /> to M-2 Heavy Industrial District; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-3 <br /> Single Family Residence District and M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial District to M-2 <br /> Heavy Industrial District. <br />
