Grider and Bobby Grider, requesting � <br /> that there be annexed to the City territory described as: ' <br /> Lot Nineteen (19) of South Hilltop Subdivision as per Plat recorded in �, <br /> Book 300 Page 212 of the records in the Recorder's Of�ice of Macon li <br /> County, Illinois. (Commonly known as 1836 Ferris Drive, Decatur, <br /> Illinois.); and, <br /> WHEREAS, it appears said petition is signed by the owners of record of all land within <br /> such temtory and by at least 51% of the electors residing therein, and that said territory is <br /> contiguous to the City and not within the corporate limits of any city, village or incorporated <br /> town or other municipality; and, <br /> WHEREAS, notice of intention to take action for annexation has been given as required. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That said petition and the request thereof be, and the same are hereby, <br /> approved. <br />
