That a conditional use permit be, and it is hereby, granted to Brush College <br /> LLC and Archer Daniels Midland Company, and only to Brush College LLC and Archer Daniels <br /> Midland Company, to allow for an amusement park to allow the operation of the Fann Progress <br /> Show upon the premises aforesaid in accordance with the plat thereof hereto attached marked <br /> E�chibit A and hereby made a part hereof. <br /> Section 3. That the conditional use pernut be, and the same is hereby, expressly <br /> conditioned as follows: <br /> A) Motorized racing is expressly prohibited. <br /> B) The keeping of cattle, sheep, swine, goats, chickens, ducks, pigeons, geese, <br /> rabbits or similar animals shall be limited to no more than seven(7) consecutive days per calendar <br /> year, without the prior written approval of the City Manager. <br /> C) All events shall cease daily operations prior to 11:00 PM. <br /> D) The following are allowable uses: <br /> (i) Display and sales of automobiles and equipment; <br /> (ii) Food and beverage sales; <br /> (iii) Temporary use of camping and recreational vehicles; and <br /> (iv) Trade shows, conventions and similar events. <br /> Section 4.
