�1 <br /> � , , <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2005-18 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY <br /> -4227 EAST MOUND ROAD - <br /> WHEREAS, on the 3rd day of March, 2005, upon due notice, the Decatur City Plan <br /> Commission held a public hearing upon the petition of Brush College LLC and Archer Daniels <br /> Midland Company to rezone premises described as: <br /> The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, the East One-Half of the <br /> Northwest Quarter, the West One-Half of the Northeast Quarter, and the North <br /> One-Half of the Southeast Quarter, all in Section 32, Township 17 North, Range 3 <br /> East of the Third Principal Meridian, Macon County, Illinois, encompassing a <br /> nomina1280 acres, more or less, <br /> from R-1 Single Family Residence District to M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial District; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Decatur City Plan Commission recommended that the prayer of said <br /> petition be granted. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section l. That the recommendation of the Decatur City Plan Commission be, and the <br /> same is hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2. That said above described premises be, and they are hereby, rezoned from R-1 <br /> Single Family Residence District to M-1 Intense Commercial-Light Industrial District. <br />
